Bathroom removed due to Category 3 water damage

Category 3 water damage Bathroom contents removed and area cleaned and disinfected. The water ran under the tile floors and had to come up in order to sanitize it. The water was under the tub and soaked into the walls. This was a basement bathroom that was no longer used and customer did not know it was backing up every time they used the water upstairs. This went on for weeks and then led to severe mold as well. The entire bathroom had to be gutted out in order to clean and sanitize everything affected. This was a health hazard for everyone in the home. When we were done it was clean and smelled fresh.
