Boiler leak in Boonton Township, NJ

This boiler room leak in Boonton Township, NJ was a category 2 water loss that happened after hours.  The water damage that happened in the finished basement was caused by a broken water pipe in the boiler room.  The extent of water damage flooded all of the rooms in the finished basement.  We were able to get to it quickly and prevent any permanent damages from happening.  We were able to save the floors and the rugs from not being replaced.  Because we kept in touch with the adjuster and made him aware of the extent of the damage, we were able to get approval for all of the equipment we needed.
