Mold growth in attic in Flander, NJ

Water leak lead to findings of mold growth in an attic in Flanders, NJ.  A customer found a leak coming from the attic.  When we arrived, we went up to take a look, and found that their central air conditioner’s air handler was leaking underneath and onto the ceiling.   So we immediately removed and disposed of the insulation in that surrounding area.  We started out by cleaning the area.  After it was all dried, then we proceeded to kill the mold with a product that we carry.  When that was all dry and ready, we applied an anti-microbial paint that resists mold growth.  The customer was very happy with the outcome.
