Water Loss in Basement that Compromised the Carpet.

This finished basement got flooded during the night. Our customers acted fast and as soon as they realized what was happening they knew what to do. They called us right the away because they understand that with a water loss you need to act fast in order to prevent further damage. They knew that if you wait too long to call us to address the issue, that waiting could have a negative impact in your restoration process. In this case, because we arrived in no time and we started the drying process, we were able to dry and salvage the carpet.
