Unnoticed Water Leak in a Stanhope House

The water leaked, from the supply line to the toilet, in the Before Photo and wicked into the walls. The tile was impervious to the liquid, but the sheetrock absorbed water along with the wood baseboard trim. The pooling water has been vacuumed out, leaving only a small, controlled demolition to remove and discard the non-salvageable sheetrock. The After Photo illustrated how SERVPRO WRT water damage restoration technicians could minimize the deconstruction and leave a dried powder room ready for rebuilding back to its preloss condition, "Like it never even happened."
